From the first enquiry, your journey is confidential — and it stays that way long after you’re home.
For most of our guests, discretion is a quiet preference. For some, it’s the reason the trip can happen at all. We treat both the same way: privacy is the default, not an upgrade. Nothing about your enquiry, your plans or your travels is shared, posted or repeated — by us or by anyone working on your journey.
In practice, confidentiality is contractual, not merely promised. Every supplier, guide and member of staff who touches your trip is bound by a non-disclosure agreement, as standard. Where privacy matters, we arrange exclusive-use camps and vehicles, so there are no other guests to recognise you and no unfamiliar faces around your family. And we say nothing, ever — no names in our marketing, no “as featured” name-dropping, no photographs of you shared anywhere.
We’re careful with information itself, too. We ask for only what we need to serve you well, store it securely, and delete what we no longer require. Discretion isn’t only about who sees you in the field; it’s about who holds your data — and how little of it there is.
The test we set ourselves. If you’re reading this to judge whether we can be trusted with a sensitive itinerary, the answer is in what you can’t find: no client names, no case studies, no testimonials with faces. That absence is deliberate.

Where it’s called for, you travel in private vehicles that turn only for you, use private airstrips away from the main terminals, and move on schedules known to as few people as possible. At camp, you’re among your own party alone, looked after by staff who have been chosen and briefed for exactly this — nothing about your presence remarked upon, posted or repeated.
The people around you are the quiet foundation of it. Guides, pilots, drivers and camp crew are vetted, long-standing, and bound to confidentiality — and they understand that on a journey like this, the greatest compliment is to be forgettable.
