On confirmation your trip director takes charge of every detail — flights, transfers, briefings and all.

A note on discretion. Everything you share is confidential from the first message. We never publish client names, never share your details beyond the suppliers actually delivering your journey, and are glad to work under your own NDA. See privacy & discretion.

Before you write

How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one business day, and always from the trip director who will look after your journey — not an automated acknowledgement. If your dates are tight, say so and we’ll prioritise it.
Do I need to know my dates before enquiring?
Not at all. A season, a rough month, or simply “sometime next year” is plenty. Timing matters a great deal on safari, so if you’re flexible we’ll advise the best window — see our month-by-month guide.
Is there a fee to enquire, or any obligation?
No to both. Enquiring costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You’ll receive a written proposal with a firm price, and nothing is booked until you say so.
Why don’t you publish full prices?
Because nothing we arrange is off the shelf — the same route can differ enormously by season, camp and party. We do publish honest indicative “from” prices on each safari page so you can gauge the range, then confirm a firm, all-inclusive figure in writing. See what a VIP Kenya safari costs.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
For peak season, exclusive-use or the migration, six to twelve months is wise — the best camps and guides are finite. Shorter notice is often still possible, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic. See how far ahead to book.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement first?
Yes, gladly, and before any detail is shared. Confidentiality is contractual across our suppliers as standard, and we’re happy to work to your own agreement or security protocol. See privacy & discretion.
