Safety & security
Kenya’s conservancies and luxury camps are among the safest environments imaginable, and private travel reduces exposure further. We brief you fully, plan safe movement, and arrange close protection or your own security team where warranted — always discreetly. Health & medical support
We arrange medical-evacuation cover (Flying Doctors / AMREF), advise on vaccinations and malaria precautions, and can place on-call doctors and first-aid-trained guides on your journey. Medication is stored correctly and handled in confidence. See medical evacuation & insurance.
Contingency & backup planning
Delayed flights, weather, an unserviceable airstrip — we plan for all of it, with backup vehicles, alternative aircraft and accommodation, and 24-hour crisis support. You will rarely know a problem existed. See cancellation & contingency planning.

Most luxury camps offer reliable Wi-Fi; where coverage is thin we can arrange satellite connectivity, private hotspots and secure communications, plus quiet office space and confidential calls for those who must stay reachable between game drives. We are honest about where true remoteness means limited signal.

What makes a safari “VIP” rather than simply luxury?
Luxury describes your accommodation and comfort. VIP describes everything around it — privacy, private aviation, expert guiding, security, discretion and a single team handling the whole journey end to end. A Select safari is luxurious as a matter of course; its real value is in what you never have to arrange or worry about.
Will I have one point of contact, or many?

Can you travel with complete anonymity?
Yes. We arrange anonymous bookings and NDAs, private arrivals, exclusive-use accommodation, private vehicles and aircraft, and strict photo and social-media controls — a footprint the outside world cannot trace. See Privacy & Discretion.
Can I bring my own security team?
Absolutely — and we coordinate with them seamlessly, or provide vetted close protection ourselves. Either way it’s delivered discreetly, without disrupting the safari. See Security.
What happens if a flight is delayed or the weather turns?
We plan for it — backup vehicles, alternative aircraft and accommodation, and 24-hour crisis support mean disruptions are absorbed behind the scenes. You will rarely know a problem existed.
Is reliable Wi-Fi available, and can you arrange medical support?
Most luxury camps have reliable Wi-Fi, with satellite options where coverage is thin. We arrange medical-evacuation cover, on-call doctors and first-aid-trained guides, and handle medication and dietary needs in confidence.
