On a shared vehicle, the car turns for whoever has the best angle — and that person is rarely you. On a private photographic safari, the vehicle is yours. It repositions for your light, holds its line when a cheetah drops into a crouch, and stays out through the golden hour while other guests have long since gone in to dinner.
Your guide-driver is chosen for more than route knowledge. They read behaviour a beat ahead — the flick of a tail before the charge, the herd’s slow drift toward the river — and they place the vehicle low and side-on so the light falls the way a photographer wants it. Bean bags sit ready on the door rails, power is on board, and nothing on the schedule pulls you away from a sighting that is only just beginning.
We plan honestly. Wildlife is wild: sightings are never guaranteed, weather turns, and the frames you’ll treasure often reward patience measured in days rather than hours. What a private vehicle, an expert eye and unhurried time do is stack the odds in your favour — and put you in exactly the right place when the moment finally arrives.
An honest note. We don’t bait, crowd or harass wildlife for a photograph, and we hold to reserve and conservancy codes on off-road access. The images you’ll be proudest of are the ones made the right way.

About these prices. Figures are indicative, per person sharing, in low-to-shoulder season, and cover the elements listed. They’re a guide to help you plan — a firm, all-inclusive quote is confirmed in writing before anything is committed. Peak migration dates, single occupancy and exclusive-use raise the figure; green season lowers it.
